Is There Cat Cremation Urn Jewelry?

There are many who have been interested in cremation urn jewelry, and may be surprised to know that there also is cremation jewelry for cat lovers as well.  Many of us have furry family members that we love just as much as any other member of the family.  I know that was the case for me with the cats that I grew up with as a child. Let me share 

My first cat was named Coo Coo Meowie (unique I know) who was named after a cat my mother had when she was a little girl.  He was a grey tabby with blue eyes and a very caring demeanor.  He was always excited to greet me when I came home from school, and was always laying next to me at night whenever I went to sleep.  His favorite place was to be on my shoulders while walking through the house, and he always seemed to know when I needed a nudge or cuddle from a bad day at school.  

He helped me through a very rough time growing up, and I will always be grateful for him being in my life. Unfortunately when I was about ready to go into high school Coo Coo was run over by a car in front of our house.  A neighbor had called me and said that it looked like my cat had been run over.  I ran home and sadly found that what my worst fear had been actually had come true. My best friend had been run over.  

That night my father and I built a small coffin for him. We wrapped him in one of my baby blankets and had a small funeral at the side of our house. It took a long time for me to work through the loss of my best friend, and there are still times even now that I miss him.  I have had a few more cats since Coo Coo, but I will never forget him.  I wish that I had known then what I know now about cremation urn jewelry. I would have had one of his whiskers kept safely inside of a keychain with a paw print so I could always have him with me.  

I wish that no one has to go through the loss of a family pet, but unfortunately death is not something we can avoid. I just hope that cremation jewelry can be a small way to help cope with the loss of a loved cat or other pet. I know it would have been a very beneficial thing for me and that is why I started Cherished Emblems to hopefully help you and others.
